Ase utra Northstar moderator .30 cal 5/8 x 18 UNF for sale/exchange. I bought the moderator in error when my Tikka has a 5/8 x 24 thread not the 5/8 x 18. The mod is in excellent condition (they're almost "bullet proof") and will exchange for a similar mod with the correct thread.
The mod is currently with my RFD.

Is it not possible to get a converter that screws into the mod to make it the correct that fits the rifle.?

You’d need to check whether the thread on a Northstar can be swapped, given it’s recessed under the ‘over barrel’ part of the mod.

Give them a call, always been helpful for me having threads swapped on a couple of Jet-z and an SL5.

Don’t think it can be changed as it’s internal to the mod and can’t be removed. I wouldn’t have any trust in an adapter if there was one so hopefully someone will be interested

I have recently purchased a converter 5/8x24 to M14x1 Yet to arrive (£39), to enable the use of a ASE UTRA M14x1 .30cal on my Tikka.
The configuration I required is an off the page order
They have an option to make any to any on the website for a similar charge. It may be worth a look.
I will update this thread or build a new one as this appears to be a common problem.
The company is based in France and has an English web version option and as I am transporting a piece of steel there should not be and issue.
ANT supplies limited were helpful but were unable to supply the configuration I required
There is also a company in USA that would have done my conversion (£26) but the shipping charge was £25+ customs
