Thanks, I was given a great recipe years ago. It's a distinctive flavour, but I wouldn't say it's strong.

Cloves? Ewwww? I o ly make sausages for myself. Couldn’t be bothered with the extra paperwork so I sell mince and diced, etc. nice job on the packaging.

With my recipe you can substitute Allspice for the Cloves & Nutmeg.
