Evening all, a space potentially two has come up on an Ayrshire based syndicate approx 15 minute drive east of Ayr Hospital, it's a FC lease that has been held by the same chap for over 15 years, ground is approx 2000 acres, approx 60 roe a year are taken and a few reds between 6 members, the ground does come with the issue off locals who like to use it for quad biking on a regular basis so sometimes can be a little off putting but the deer don't seem to mind and getting out first thing or last light never seems to be an issue, I myself have been a member for 4 years and have never struggled to locate deer in might not get them all the time but that's the sport. Being FC ground all the certification is required , firearms, first aid, level 1 or 2, insurance and anything else relevant. And an FC shooting test will be required , Cost is 490 a year, we are looking to move quickly on gaining a member thanks please message me here

Hi, that busy typing and posting, going for my level 2 and have insurance

Great to see working man’s price for a Syndcate..

Wish it was just bit closer to the boarders .

All the best with it 👍
It very much a working man's (and out of work man's) area. I was in this syndicate for a year but came out due to the travel. This is an ex coal mining area and unfortunately the ground is subject to a fair bit anti-social behavior - which the OP does allude too - but the deer are definitely there.

Shame there isn’t more of the same honest posts and priced syndicates around .
