I thought I'd just post a thread to inform people that there will be an inspection and butchery demo, at Charlcotte Park, just outside Stratford upon Avon 23rd November, 9am to 1pm.
The plan will be to cull one of the park deer in the morning and a vet will take the group through a Gralloch and field inspection, then move to the larder for the butchery demo.
the cost is £20 and is open to BDS members, anyone interested needs to contact Alan Barrel, to secure a place monies will need to be received prior to the date. All attendees will get to take home some venison.
