It seems in upgrading certain areas to super fast Broad band BT managed to cut off whole areas. Our lines went down three weeks ago and we have just been fixed so we have a phone and internet once more.
To those whom may have asked questions ............................... Sorry but without the phone line there was no way to access the web. The desk top is THE ONLY way we have of using the web.
