For sale is my Beretta 686 Special. These were originally intended as an entry-level gun to the Beretta range but certainly did not skimp on quality. While not as ornate as some of its more expensive cousins, this is still an elegant gun with very pleasing lines with similarities with the immensely popular Silver Pigeon currently in production. The scroll and leaf engraving is understated but attractive alongside the walnut stock. They have 28" Cold hammer-forged barrels with a ventilated rib, single trigger and a selective ejector as standard, including an automatic safety. Additionally, this gun is fixed-choke in quarter and half. There is a tiny scratch on the barrels as pictured and I have a bead for it, I take them off otherwise I look at them instead of the target!
Looking for £600

Nice looking Beretta. Good luck with your sale

The entry level model was the 685E I had one and at the time I could not afford the 686

The 685 E had a satin finish it was 1/4 + 1/2 chokes and was about £120 cheaper . I paid £375 from Tony Kennedy sent to N Wales

When looking for a beretta 20b the other day
The gun shop I bought the 20b off had a 685E
Priced at £1000

Great gun I have an old one similar I think mines an “essential” and now my only 12bore used wildfowling and rough shooting. A bit triggers broom as it’s had 3 stocks
