Hosted by the British Deer Society (BDS) North West Branch, in collaboration with key sector partners, the evening will feature a panel and Q&A session with representatives from Deerbox, British Quality Wild Venison (BQWV), local game dealers, the Scottish Venison Company, and the BDS Policy Officer (Scotland). Information on the Wild Venison Network and related initiatives will also be available. Trade stands, including Game Larder by Tarrant Refrigeration, will also be in attendance.
