Looking for a good venison/game or venison and game cook book for my better half to get me for Xmas.

Both love the meat just want some more ideas on other recipes.

There's a small cookbook by Nicola Fletcher specifically for venison, might be on Amazon.

Another vote for Venison: The Game Larder....
Another idea is Game by Tim Maddams - not so much about venison, but a lot of useful tip and recipes about all sorts of winged and ground game, one of the River Cottage Series.

It's a lovely book to have on the shelf. Covers the basic right up to five star.

The meateater fish and wildgame cookbook is good, has a few recipes that you can substitute the meat used for venison or other which I've done a few times
