Having a rebuild on the reloading bench so these are up for sale.

Just found an insert for WFT (worlds finest trimmer) in 6.5 creedmoor size. Unused - £10 posted.

Lyman gen 6 powder scale - SOLD

Brass annealer

Uk made, runs off screw on camping gas cylinders. Very adjustable torch position to get accurate flame placement. Simple wheel speed adjustment to get correct bake on the brass. Almost set up and forget when running (but I’m not going to leave a gas torch running in my house!)

Video of it running available by email.

Easily packs away into itself for storage on shelf/under bench, depending on the gas bottle you choose.

Comes with,
Fitted wheels for 308 family of cases - pictured with 40 260 rem cases in hopper.
Large cal wheels -338 LM case for reference.
Uk ready power lead.
1 bottle of tempilaq -temp indicator 399 C

£220 inc insured post
Face to face gets you two gas canisters on top (1 unused, other more than half full)

Please PM for attention etc

Cheers

Can I ask you where the Coleman gas connector came from?
I have 6-8 bottles like that one shown that followed me home in the shipping container from the US in 1995 and are unused.

No idea as it came with the machine when I bought it. I presume that it’s a fairly standard gas fitting as I’ve other brands of camping gas on it - but all propane not butane.

Might be a fridge gas fitting worth looking for local refrigerant engineer in your area and ask.

Looks like a fitting used on 1L mapp gas bottles (blow torches etc) - Amazon have a few converters/connectors. Depends what you want to connect to.

Yes, I have one of these but the Rothenberger, which is black. Much better for taking the weight off the torch.

Would it need additional wheels for 30-06 sized and .223 sized cases? And if so are they readily available and at what cost?

@25 Sharps
The 30-06 would be fine, if needed the lower wheel can be adjusted outwards to help support the case, otherwise it’s just a change of angle for the torch. The 338 LM wheel would handle it easily.

The standard wheels will take the 223 cases but the torch would need some careful angling to avoid over heating the wheel. Other ways of solving it are moving the case forward on the lower wheel- so the torch can be angled away from the machine or just keeping the 223 annealing sessions shorter, so the wheels don’t get too hot.

Bear in mind I’ve never annealed either 30-06 or 223 on the machine. If you’re so minded you can send me a couple of each calibre and I can send you vids of them on the machine, so you can make your own informed decision.

Cheers
