Have used the wee Humbrol model paint pots to match paint on another make of cabinet before. Didn’t need much to sort it.

A mate of mine bought a nearly new cabinet from gumtree. He removed a large vinyl car sticker which was on it and damaged the paint doing so. He took the cabinet in his van to an automotive paint store and got a little jar and aerosol of matching paint for a couple of pounds.
He made a backside of painting it and ended up with an even bigger sticker back on it!

I used hammerite smooth on a 2nd hand cabinet I bought.
No need for primer ,just a degrease with wipes job done

Me too, after welding a few internal plates over some bolt holes, grinding flush and painting it was a very close match to my other two Brattonsound.
