Like it says....off stalking in Scotland tomorrow and my locking case....turns out to only have one working lock, which I just broke off.... eeeejit....
I think you've had a lucky escape. If you can break it just putting the rifle in I dread to think what shape it would have been in after baggage destruction have had a go on it!
Stick it in the case, wrap it with several rolls of tape then get along to halfords in the morning and buy a lock wire that they use for cycles. Has a combo lock on and is perfect for just such an emergency
