Butchering a deer at home beginner friendly video

I liked this a lot. Most of the vide involve Winches, saws, cut proof gloves and acres of space while in the same breath telling you you don't need that. At least this one (mostly) did it without a saw and on a single counter

There's a bit of a habit of people saying look how easy it is and having a whole setup. Much like American YouTubers where they say 'ill show you how to make a dining table for 50 bucks' and they pan over to the table saw, bandsaw, table router, 8 square meter of clear worktop. 50 long reach clamps etc etc etc

You can use lots of kit, but to dismantle even a large Red Stag you need nothing more than a good sharp knife or two. Of course it does depend on how you want the cuts. A saw is useful if you want loin or haunch roasts on the bone.

Very good - easy to follow and lots of common sense.

Her way of talking sounds so knowledgeable but really starightforward as well.

I may be slightly in love!!
