Butchers Carlisle area

Does anybody know of a butchers in the Carlisle area that will process a roe deer carcass? I usually do my own but haven’t really got time at the moment. I have used shaw meats at aspatria in the past but they are hardly open now and it’s a bit of a trek.

Getting harder to find in all area I think. We had a few in Northumberland but most are being bought out by big company’s or just closing
