Car washing

So living in the city, only place for me to wash the car is at one of the petrol stations.

First time I done it, ended up being £6 or £8 out of pocket.

Next time, went to the lads next in the yard next door (they're not all foreign nor is it a cash only job - afore anyone starts bandying things about...). The cost? £8...

To be fair... I only tend to get the car washed if I've got a day's loading and might have a client or two in the car 😂

To do it correctly you need two brushes, two sponges. use one set for all above the line of the door handles and the other set for below. As that area will have the most gritty grime and the most likely to spoil the finish.

Meanwhile who else is old enough to have seen this when the film was released?

Must say for 1st time ever I used the local jet wash on the truck. £3 well.spent.
Got rid of all the accumulated mud and crap that hides in the wheel arches.
