I never weigh my roe deer before butchering them but a good sized deer round here produces 10kg of pure meat. That excludes shot area meat that goes to the dog, offal and any bones. A full grown doe is hardly different in yield than a buck. I butchered a doe on Thursday that was 10.1kg of weighed meat plus an extra bowl of minced dog meat.
