CDSG. Customer service

Some of my order is now in stock, but at nearly twice the price it was when I ordered. The rest is now expected in June!
I have now received a refund for the stuff they are still waiting for, 5 months after I paid for it(I didn't ask for it, would rather have the product). The rest is due to be delivered today! Both were supposed to have been expected in stock in November! I will not re-order, as invited to do, until I see they have it in stock, which is supposed to be in June, now. Meanwhile, I have ordered stuff that is in stock from Spud.
 
A friend who is a club comittee member & RFD had a paper work trail of the fail to supply but had charged him. After numerous calls emails & requests it took a legal claims letter to trigger a refund.
A few have pointed out another site which has a very similar page, believe its registered to the same people
 
Ordered an item as it showed 6 in stock with next day delivery. Appalling communication, 3 weeks on and raised a dispute with PayPal to get my money refunded.
This is my 2nd attempt to deal with CDSG and both resulted in long waits and refunded money, never again.
 
1967spud every time now, only went with CDSG as it was in stock, silly me fell for it again!!!!!
At least with Mark you get an honest timely update, I have items on order at the moment and if he says a couple of weeks, it’s a couple of weeks, great service 👍
