Change in rutting season?

Watched that myself this lunch time.
They're talking about the rut being 12 days earlier and resulting bigger heads I believe

Well I have not noticed any difference here, 2010 and 2012 the rut was around the normal time 2011 it was very late first stag roaring 10th October and in full swing when the season ended.

That's the trouble with the media. They won't take the word of a murderous stalker as a scientist is never wrong :stir:

Applies only to the long term study on Rhum. Warmer weather over half a century means more food and the big guys getting it up earlier.

Might indicate a change elsewhere that is being monitored.
