I've had a few round in the corner of my bullet box for ages that wouldnt chamber in my rifle, I had kept them with a view to pull them apart and salvage some of the componants, that day was today, I was down to my last 11 rounds so thought I would pull the bullets, these were all cartridges that I had previously reloaded and thought it was something I had done or had missed to make them not fit, I use a kinetic hammer with a shell holder rather than those silly collet things to hold the case, the 6 that wouldn't fit in my rifle wouldn't fit in the shell holder, it is the shell holder half of a screw tightening type that can be mounted in a drill, the cartridges would still fit in the shell holder in my press though, when I checked them under a magnifying glass the extractor groove hadn't been machined correctly, I can't say what make of brass they are or even if they had been previously fired in my rifle, but they had been reloaded my me, they have GFL stamped on the base if anyone knows which company uses that make, all the companies tout ther ammo as premium when in reality a good lot of it is crap
