Chiller min internal height

Hi
I’m trying to sort a cheap-ish chiller for an occasional carcass.
Question for the massive… commercial fan assisted fridges - what’s the min internal height to hang a fallow, hung from the aitch bone. A lot seem a little short inside.
Don’t have the money for a purpose made game larder sadly.

The numbers are the neck is 14" off the floor and 60" to the top of the rump with the rail 67"
