Chiller Or Coldroom Recommendations

Hello All.

I am looking for recommendations for a chiller/coldroom/larder suitable for around 5 - 10 Roe Deer at a time, but that will also be suitable to hold up to a 1 or Highland Stags.

I have had a look online and im confused by all of the options and its blowing my mind a little bit.

Currently i am registered as a food business with the local council and have a double door drinks chiller, but demand is increasing as well as the cull figures going up on the land i manage.

Any advice on companies or brands to look at would would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The challenge with most of the Landig type stuff is height for hanging reds (unless you go for the massive one which is ££££). I went for a "modular coldroom" - if you google you'll come up with plenty of options. As the panels camlock together you can get any size you want. Stick a monobloc chiller through the wall and fit some hanging rails and you're sorted. As a guide, I have approx 1mx2m inside dimensions and can get 2x 100kg stags or 3 hinds (and prob 6ish roe although don't shoot many roe so not tried tbh).

If I had my time again, I'd find a local fridge person who does estate cold rooms, local hunt kennels etc and get them to quote for supply rather than a random company online. You'd prob be pleasantly surprised compared to Landig...
