Cleaning rod thread sizes??

Does anyone know what the thread sizes are on Parker hale rifle rods please. The ones I have have a male thread on the end, the one I use for .17 hmr has a black handle and the one for my 6.5 has red handle...thats about as much as I can tell you. I also need to know what thread is on a brush from a UK 5.56 cleaning kit, its a male thread.Many thanks

P-H use the old Enfield thread. Phone Norman Clark of buy an adaptor off e-bay to use the American brushes.

On P-H rods the yellow coated rod is for .270 up and the grey coated rod for the .22 up. I have no idea what rod they used/made for the .17 .................................. sorry.

Chickenman, Pro-shot do adaptore for all standard PH rods so that you can use their excellent jags and brushes etc...
However they do not do one for the black handled 17 cal PH rod, i made my own, its an unusual No.5 UNF thread.
