Does anyone have any ideas what's going on with Clive ward I ordered a torch paid for it but nothing so far just an email saying that the order is being processed! No answer to emails.

General consensus is , the stuff usually arrives and is very good .

His communication is poor to say the least

And yet from my experience of buying a couple of illuminators, incl a subsequent upgrade of one, the comms has been exemplary and I couldn't understand anyone not buying from him.

Seems random his " service " level.
Bought a black sun and Pil off him ,no delay or dramas.
Others have had to scream and threaten hell and damnation to get him to respond.
Weird business model.
