Contacting CIC - Essex

I reached out a few months ago to the Essex CIC representatives on their website as I have a few sets of CWD teeth I believe will medal (possibly gold) but haven’t heard back from them. Does anyone know of any reliable contacts from CIC I can post these to? I assume just because I’m in Essex doesn’t mean I have to stick to them, or does it?
