Yup, get the silly lead ban overturned next!

Go read the actual ruling from the judge, rather than the media interpretation. Very well researched and one of the key points from the ruling is that for such a deadly weapon, data says knives are used more often on California murders than rifles of any sort.

From what I read the judge has allowed a one month period for California to appeal his decision and the Governor (nice teeth - wonder when the horse wants them back?) has said this will happen - sooooo like a lot of cases this one may just run for a while. Interesting judgement though given Uncle Joe’s stance.......

Dunno about California but every east coaster I know has at least one!
