I have 2 of these mags for sale for the 511/581 semi auto 22lr.
These are in good condition and function well. Very hard to find now. £45 each posted.

They aren’t the same, the end cap comes higher on the 581 so they will not work in the 511 without modification, but 511 work in a the 581 fine.

The left looks like a 511 and right a 581 magazine.

Thanks for that. Both magazines have functioned fine in my CZ 511 for many years until I changed to the 512. I am aware that a 581 mag may sometimes not lock in place on a 511 due to the top edge of the finger grip catching on the magwell. This was not the case with my 511. If this is the case a light filing of the top edge on both sides sorts that out, a 5 minute job.

Yep, you can file the top off the cap of the 581 magazines to get them to function in a 511. A 511 was my first .22, cracking rifles.
