our bigster is being picked up next Saturday so this is available if anyone wants it before it goes to a dealer.

Only being listed on a couple of shooting forums as can’t be dealing with people on the whole 😆

Rare 1.5 diesel 4x4 2018 68 plate (facelift)
Comfort spec (air con electric windows car play)
White
Less thank 26k miles
FULL Renault history including £1k belt service last year and tyres a few months ago (with August service and MOT

Dog guard
Fitted Seat covers
Mud and carpet mats
Mud flaps
Proper spare wheel

Never used for towing and no towbar fitted

Two negative points:
- One rear window is intermittent on the switch, needs a £50 relay which was out of stock

- small amount of rust under the drivers door seal, this is just on the “lip” that holds the seal on, passenger side had a smaller amount which I have treated and painted with a touch up kit but not had time to do the drivers side.

We have owned it since August 2021

Good honest car, mostly used around town with the odd jaunt around Bodmin moor for shooting.

Only reason we’ve switched to a bigster is the kids and the retriever got big!

Will be in use until we pick the bigster up so have not cleaned it yet but happy to prove photos / more info if anyone is interested

Appreciate this is an old thread and sold etc but curious as to how you are getting on with the Bigster? Seriously considering getting one

No bother!

It’s not that much bigger than the duster, bit more legroom in the back and a bit more boot.

We have the 1.3 petrol 4X4 and it’s fine (we don’t tow), we got the top spec one because we wanted the wipe clean seats and they’re great.

The only thing I don’t like is all the modern “help” tools yelling at me the whole time 🤣

I’d buy one again for sure.

My son has a new Bigster and the only thing it doesn't have that my Discovery has is the sun roof and head up display.
His was just under £30K and mine cost £85k guess who is P'd off.
I've told him if he is going to visit me to park away from my house to save embarrassing me :-)
Incidentally, when I was in turkey in February, in the mountains with snow, a 4 x 4 Duster loaded with four passengers and guns and kit etc, kept up with great big Toyotas, Nissans and some other 4 x 4 monstrosity.
I was absolutely amazed at the performance for such a small vehicle against all the others.

Ours has the sunroof and it’s fine but I’d have lived without it! It actually held up delivery because they couldn’t get enough made 🙄

We hammered ours around the lakes in the snow in Feb and was very happy to have the 4x4, also romped around Bodmin moor in it, everyone else had silver pickups 🤣 but it held its own as the duster used to

Seen similar many times years ago.
A super duper V8 LR gas guzzler and then a little Suzuki SJ 1.3 runs rings around it..... lol

I really don't understand how LR survives!

Note;
I'm a previous LR owner of S11, S111, RR x2, 110, Discovery x3, and a self built 90 v8 3.9 hybrid.

You also built the first RR. Bob tail pickup I'd ever see matey probably nearly 40 years ago. 👍🏻
