Hello John, this is a great idea, however will the bursary be given to a person who really has little if any funds??, and not to someone who can really not only afford their own stalking ground, but provide all and sundry with all sorts of goodies!!.

May I respectfully suggest a criteria should be set out for all Applicants wishing to apply for such a charitable gesture from this site.
