You may have noticed I have not advertised syndicate places much this year. Mainly due to the fact that almost everyone has retained their places.
So here is what available.
2x places available on a 2 gun syndicate 15 minutes North of Inverness, This place is mainly Sika with multiple highseats and has very good access. I have stalked this property myself and it is fantastic with an abundance of Sika as well as the odd Roe and Red coming in, No significant fences surrounding the property which spans 500 acres of mixed open and enclosed forest. A real fun property to sit and stalk and during the rut Sika Stags call in fast. £1800 plus VAT per gun. only 3 guns in total.
Full disclosure: This property was out to two French guns who decided due to Brexit and the Pandemic travel would be an issue this year.

Right the last property is 2 blocks that make up around 400 acres a few miles from Invergordon, I am willing to put this out to 3 guns , I have been dubious about putting this out to syndicate due to a problem we had with a previous client on this property, It is important that whoever is on this property introduces themselves to the neighbouring property owners, there is a good number of Red, Roe and Sika that move from this block to the neighbouring fields, I will put this out for £1000 plus VAT per gun only planning 3 guns in total.

Requirements and Procedure .
Minimum requirement for any of our places , DSC1 - Insurance (basc etc) - Valid FAC with Scottish deer legal calibres.
After payment a full agreement will be given including maps and you will be given access to the online calendar to book your days.
All Deer belong to the gun we require no extra payments. You can go as many times to your property a year as you like, booking via online calendar minimum 48hrs advance notice and no more than 3 day block booking at a time, This is for safety and fair usage reasons.
Bare in mind these properties are in the Highlands of Scotland.
