Delta Optics Warranty

I have a Stryker HD 5-50 with spots on the reticle. It looks like it's going to have to go back to Poland for repair. It was bought used and I am not the original owner so here's to hoping that's not an issue (although someone on an old thread did indicate they had no issues in the same boat).

Has anyone had experience sending scopes back to Delta for warranty recently/post-brexit, and if so, what's the turnaround time like?

Cheers

Luke

Surely you dont have to pay customs charges on something thats been repaired under warranty?

I had to send back a used Stryker for which I had no receipt. Sent back via Optics Warehouse. It had a chipped objective lens, which I could never reason, but a fellow shooter locally had the same issue.
It took over 3 months, and the only reason it only cost about £330 was because OW had underestimated the price, and honoured it.

Was this outside of the 10 year warranty or did they claim some sort of abuse for the lens and consequently the warranty didn't apply?
