Anyone had any problems with these ? A friend of mine says his is switching off every time he fires a shot then when you switch it on again, it goes off within two or three seconds. It is on a .22lr at the moment

i had a naff battery which gave me a similar issue...

thanks for that . I believe that the battery is quite old right enough so may be the problem

I run mine with a usb lead into a 10,000mah power cell in the cheek riser, gives a long battery life of 24hrs, found that out as I left the scope turned on in the cabinet

I had the same issue with N550 on a custom 300 blackout with no recoil, yet after the shot it switched off exactly as you explain.

What to do is call Thomas Jacks and ask for a replacement (upgraded) battery housing cap. cost less than £10 and fixed the issue. I got the advise from the tech guy at Thomas Jacks.

Same here, had that fault on mine & turn out to be the external battery pack.
