Dnt thermnight 635

I have used a nocpix ace on a 270. You can adjust the sensitivity on it. I turned mine down a bit because it recorded a few trips and falls I had and I didn't want hse getting involved!!!
Good feature though no doubt at a price. I used my V2 on the 6.5x55SE and recoil activation was just like my marksmanship - hit or miss!

How far would you safely shoot at a deer with on the thermal?

If it was a fallow sized target, and chest shooting, probably not much further than 100m. It's not the best image or zoom capabilities when zoomed in...I can comfortably hit a hot tea bag stapled to the board when zeroing which is approx 50mm diameter at 100m so maybe a bit more than 100m but I wouldn't push it, if shooting something smaller than a fallow....

I want to see the falcon titan but no one seems to have bought one yet

Bigger lens and a better sensor than the dnt

For me, it does everything I need to. I've chest shot fallow beyond 300m using the IR and headshot a lot beyond 200m. It's just such a perfect, compact package.

Thats been 'coming out' for nearly 2 years now...

Maybe 18months...

It's certainly been reviewed and tested in the US a while ago now but hasn't ventured over here in any mainstream availability other than appearing at one of the shows over a year ago
