Dog Vomit

Evening all. I have a 6 year old Lakeland cross springer bitch. About 1 month ago she was sick (her whole tea) so done the usual starved and started feeding again and all was ok back to normal. She has a sensetive stomach so we are quite religious in feeding the same things as we no it works. However since the original sickness once a week she has been randomly sick. Not a lot at all just a bit of fluid it’s hard to tell what exactly as it’s on the rug when we get home but there is not much there at all, she gets fed the same meal once a day on an evening 7pm ish and a dental stick every morning her vomiting has been around 3pm every time (wife has a camera) . Any ideas/suggestion? She is absolutely fine in herself no issues at all drinking fine walked everyday. Apart from random sickness occurring she’s a pretty fit and healthy dog just wondering if anyone has had anything similair or any thought? Her food ingredients haven’t changed at all I have checked the bag compared to 1 year ago. Thanks in advance

Try switching to two meals, not one. I've seen a few dogs with what, years ago, was called a "bilious attack" and related to a bit of acid gastritis from an empty stomach. The 3pm timing could relate to this. She's a bit young for other causes, but if her water intake has changed and the food split doesn't work, get a blood test done to at least rule out kidney failure.
Split the existing food in two or you'll end up with a podgy mutt!
