Now that I'm doing my own thing having finished up with full-time teaching and she's the one working I find myself with great gaps in the day between taking the kids to school and picking them up.... sure I've got shopping to get and a few house husband chores but I'm finding myself getting up to naughty things between SD, reloading, browsing ebay and watching TV....

Brilliant, although, having seen how they can go straight through deer and alike, I'd love to see the wall behind the box.........

Still working on getting the rig right for me at the moment with weight and length, setting to 20, 30, 40 when I get outside for a proper play. Stinger 3g's are really user friendly though and easy to adjust with just a couple of hex keys so it's not sweat to tune. Youtube has been great for working out the technical stuff.

I'm at 28" draw and at 47lb but will creep up weight a little as I get more used to it.

Thanks for that, nice grouping, i have another lesson tonight with the recurve, they are putting sights on tonight so should be interesting.

BACK YARD BEAR

good luck
First we started at 10 yards, easy, all went in the gold, back to 15 yards, 20 and then 25 yards, no surprise things got a little less accurate, i got elevation sorted but windage was a problem, no rhyme or reason, i would put 2 in a 4'' circle, then the next 2 would be over by 12'' but still grouped in a 4'' circle, obviously something i am doing wrong, it was suggested it could be my release which i need to work on but obviously can't as they next time i pick up a bow will be the next lesson.
But still its great fun and i will join the club after the 5th and final lesson next week.

Gary....nice shooting!
Cheers

I had an air rifle range running from the kitchen through to a bedroom once.
gap between the doors was about 4".
few nicks out of the paint on those that needed explaining!
