Hello All,
I'm very interested in the DSC/DMQ 1, as an introduction to stalking and to get my skills and knowledge to a point I feel comfortable undertaking any stalking on the permission I have.
I'm based in Central Scotland, just south of Falkirk so looking for the courses there. I know of two in the area, the BASC one in Perth and then one run by Brian Kelly in Callendar. The BASC one is a little far for me but also runs Wednesday to Sunday, and this year the annual leave is a little low so not sure I'd be able to get the days off. The one in Callendar, I've heard some great things about Brian and the course he offers but unfortunately the dates they are running is the weekend of my wedding, so not sure it would go down well if I signed up.
I did hear about one in West Calder, but the old google search is letting me down somewhat on finding the courses. If you have any suggestions then I'd be all ears! The only prerequisite I have is they need to have an estate rifle and equipment I can borrow/rent as I don't have it all yet.
Any suggestions?
Also, I love a good bit of reading before I do things, to make sure my knowledge is good. Any suggestions on resources to get the theory and multiple choice questions understood before the course?
Thanks
DW
