If you signed up for a genuine course then you should have been sent the latest manual, in advance, to study. Two weeks is quite a short time to cram the details, even for the cleverest.
Of course, there are on-line offerings, to help you tick the right boxes, in the multiple-choice questionnaire. "Self-study" etc.
You should learn some more real things on a proper course, over a few days, with a good tutor. Deer ID from photographs being one.
If you are just turning up to pass the tick-box multiple choice questionnaire, and a few other simple practical things (like demonstrating safety in the field and putting a few shots into a Roe target at close range), that might be different.
