DSC2 registration, onefile, keychain???

So do I need to contact a circus ? And ask to send an acrobat around? ??

I’m tech savvy ish and I had to ring /aggravate my IV on how to do it.

Your right, so I tried loading a pdf, but saying I need a acrobat reader wtf,

Adobe Acrobat is the standard PDF reader/editor.

That happened to me on the first attempt, I've contacted both BASC and Onefile, if I get anywhere I'll update on here

OK, Onefile, no help at all, contact administrator, still waiting to hear back from BASC, from chatting with others regarding Onefile in unrelated matters, they avoid it like the plague as its such a poor set up

When I did mine a few yrs ago . I sent the items and write up to the assessor. He kept saying he never got them even though they where sent. Turns out his computer was not compatible with my new one. . Got it sorted in the end.
But frustrating

I reset password it worked for a day, then went tits up, now saying ‘ set up keychain” which iv done about a dozen times, there’s no consistency with it

Problem is, you need to be registered to get the password reset, I can't even register

Well heard back from BASC, new password sent with same result, apparently quite a few people are experiencing issues, BASC have contacted a senior IV for them to give feedback to Onefile (sounds familiar).

Which mods? Onefile can't/won't help unless you're registered, which I and apparently plenty of other are unable to do. Does the BDS use the same system, if not, its probably worth the extra £20 to go with them
