I’d recommend the Spyderco Sharpmaker. I’ve had one for many years and it really is an easy and excellent tool for putting on a quick and very sharp edge.Can anyone recommend an easy to use knife sharpener that won’t ruin a blade please?
I have some cheap Winchester knives that got me going but not sure of the best sharpening method or tool. Also have an EKA G4 on the way so hopefully something that will suit that?

I've started with the kitchen knives, they were trashed anyway so couldn't make them worse. Will work my way up through boning knives and moras before I try anything too goodOrdered one too..... see how many of my cheaper knives I wreck
