first fallow buck for me :)

Sausage recipe please!
added 20% pig fat and added some different seasoning also added some curing salt as will be air drying them. also put them in my smoker smoked for couple hours. its first time for me doing venison sausages and so fat they are very tasty

As I said "sorry but". I certainly don't need some whippersnapper less than half my age pulling me up. Get some experience of life laddie, (real life and death) and do a lot more stalking before you even come near to being able to call me boring. :old:
