First Roe Buck

Maybe we should all post a picture of our first roe buck :)

To be honest, mines been on the wall for over 30 years and I've never looked that close or even tried to estimate it's age based on antlers. As for teeth, I did have them but haven't seen them for ages and I'm the first to admit I'm not that good at ageing.....just always been good at shooting them.

Maybe it's not a good idea to post pictures of our first buck as this thread is too contentious :rolleyes:
 
Congratulations. I still remember mine like it was yesterday and the head has always had pride of place on my wall. As someone else said, respect the quarry, raise a glass to him from time to time.
 
Not just new people joining, people who are members not coming on as often. Have you been on other sites to see what people think of the SD?
 
Unfortunately no, but I have shot my first fallow doe a yearling I have been told by the keeper all I know is even a small Fallow are heaven buggers, but thanks people for your kind words,here is the result of mounting of the Roe
