Food Safe Insecticide???

I am looking for a food safe insecticide to spray the floor and drip trip of my game fridge to kill off all the little beasties that tend to drop off the carcass once it gets cold.

I have a Roe doe in there at the moment and the floor is littered with keds...My real concern is when the warmer weather arrives and deer carcass will be carrying a large numbers of ticks.

Pete, not sure if it will work on 'indestructable keds & ticks' but try this stuff:
I've had Orange flavoured venison sausages before which were lovely so it might even have a productive secondary effect on the taste

You could try spraying with a mild bleach solution which would also have an anti bacterial effect.

A small portable steam cleaner might also work, but it could blow them about a bit.

Or maybe a vinegar spray?

The only cleaning solutions I have come across which are food safe are things like dettox, but I doubt they have a pesticide effect.
