I am totally baffled with this one.
I lost my remote so I ordered a new one from Bushwear.

I have tried to look into how to transfer calls onto the device. I’ve tried and tried and my wife who more tech savvy than me can’t fathom it out. So I’ve decided to sell it.
It may be an easy fix for someone but I’m out of my depth.

Format the memory card, remote (I assume is compatible with caller) usually has to be connected to the caller via a cable into the Aux socket

Dm me and I will talk you through it , but if your unit was purchased in the states then the Bushwear ones wont work as different frequency from UK callers

Is it a windows computer and did the program recognise your caller when you connected it to the laptop as in this vid
