Fridge advice

Morning all I have recently come across a polar cd082 and foster fsl800h, they were reported working fine when removed from the restaurant but have been stood a while and also transported lying down, I have left them overnight before turning them on and after running for about 2 hours they don’t seem to be dropping temperature.
Anyone recommend a fridge “expert” to check them over? Located Newport south Wales. Cheers

Our resident expert sadly no longer with us.

I had same problem, the controller on my fridge was designed for a warm ambient temp in a kitchen, not a cool out building so it wouldn’t chill.

The controller is a coil that looks like the photo attached. Insulating that with some rockwool and tape sorted it. Worth a try?
