Full Variation or 1 for 1?

Hi All,

Quick question..

I need to vary my FAC to allow me to dispose of a Bolt Action .22 LR and replace it with a Pump Action of the same caliber.

Is this a 1 for 1 or full variation? I am in Thames Valley.

1for 1 just done one with thames valley got my ticket back in 4 working days

If you sell the bolt action then put in a variation for the pump action and go back later to get it, that's a free one. If you want to go to the shop and just swap them over you'll need to pay for an additional .22lr slot to allow you to sign the new one straight onto your ticket before you've notified the sale of the old one. It's only £20 for an extra slot so as long as your force are ok with the second gun it's worth doing (they usually are, especially if you tell them that's your intention).

I suppose you already know this, but there’s no point restricting yourself by requesting bolt action or pump action or semi auto etc. Just request rifle then take your choice.

As above you want a 22 rifle and may be you need a sound mod as well?
