I recently had to step in and rescue a German Shepherd pup born in the last week of October 2024, now 13 weeks old.
Background: The pup was sold to a family with a child who has learning difficulties. Unfortunately, the child struggled to adjust to the pup, and the family’s brother reached out to me for help, knowing I have experience with dogs. I advised them to contact the breeder, but the breeder refused to take responsibility or accept the pup back.
Last Saturday, I brought the pup into my care to provide him with stability and help find him a loving, suitable new home. When I picked him up, I discovered he hadn’t been vaccinated, although he is microchipped. He has now had his first set of vaccinations (as of today).
The pup is a gorgeous dark sable color and is an incredibly sweet, affectionate dog. While he isn’t KC registered, both of his parents are KC registered, and I’m happy to share their details with his future adopter.
He gets along wonderfully with my two Springer Spaniels, but unfortunately, I cannot keep him as managing an unneutered male alongside my two girls isn’t practical.
Photos are attached, and I am offering him for a small donation of £100 to cover the cost of his vaccination. I want to ensure he goes to a good home where he’ll be loved and cared for.

wouldn't take much to make a cracking deer dog from a shepherd, same as my old bitch.
