The reason that I put my post on was because last year I wrote that I had sent a donation to support Vernon Kay on his epic run for children in need and I couldn't believe some of the comments so this year I decided to support Paddy McGuinness on his 300mile bike ride for children in need I was hoping that by putting that plain post it might encourage others without the poor comments.
But there you go that's how things are today.

You posted (at 11.17pm) that you had donated (without context) to a charity.

Donating to any (all right - most) charities, can only ever be a good thing.

I am not privy to the "comments" triggered by your post re: Vernon Kay.

I am not privy to the reasons why you decided to support Paddy McGuinness this year; but that is not the point.

You have donated on your own volition (at least twice) to Children in Need.

That is (literally) a win-win.

Rejoice in that.

I was gonna bet on the Tyson Vs Paul fight and donate to children in need. In the end I didn't bother betting on boxing and just gave the £50 to Pudsey!
