has anyone heard how the Cornish grey squirrel cull is going ?

They never stop being culled do they?

I've heard that it's going ok but I don't think any reds have been released yet. The Lizard is the location of this project but I am not 100% convinced that it is really suitable habitat for reds to make a good go of it, it is mainly heathland down that way and not very much coniferous woodland. However, the Lizard does have the advantage of being a peninsula, so easier to defend against greys re-invading.
