Gundog training Oxford area, surrounding counties

Evening,

On behalf of a friend with a very lovely 18 month Lab bitch, he is interested in training her but would like professional assistance.

He beats on a relatively local shoot, and would like to get her to a decent standard for next season.

Oxford area but can travel a bit.

Any recommendations for trainers - or indeed books, websites.

Not being silly, but when he says training just how professional is he looking for? There is quite a variation out there!
