Haworth

The daughter wanted to have a look to Bronte country yesterday . So off we travelled to Haworth in West Yorkshire passing Blubberhouse Moor where Lord Walsingham shot his record grouse bag .

Lovely country around Nidderdale.

Haworth is a lively little village with a great community, what was refreshing was all the people were very friendly and had plenty conversations with the locals. Really envious of anyone that lives in these wonderful villages.

Anyone on here live nearby , you are very lucky 👍

Glad you enjoyed it, very special places round there, yep very lucky.

My local area when I'm not away working,

I just tell people I'm in Bradford, seems to scare the riff raff from visiting.

Don't want an influx of southerners trying to move here.

Hope you come back and enjoy more of our special places.

Had a great few days there, especially due to my work partner and student giving it as a retirement gift. Wonderful experience.
