Head jig replacement blade.

I have a roe cutting jig but the blade that came with it has lost its bite, any recommendations on a replacement from one of the DIY places, it could do with been a bit narrower as well, as the original doesn't allow enough space to get started cutting.

I would like to know this as well, my blade is blunter than a blunt thing on national blunt day.
