I've a few items that I've put off from trying to sell on account of weight and associated postage cost. With me being at the Stalking Show on Sunday, I thought it worthwhile to list to see if anyone ones to meet up to collect.
I'm away from home until tomorrow evening, but can provide pics of actual items to any prospective buyers when I'm back
1. Napier Rifle Case - £75
www.moleonline.com
Same as link. Can't remember ever using it. 2 keys present.
2. Kolpin Gun Boot - £75
3. Kolpin Treestand Carrier - £75
Same as link. Boxed (tatty) and again I've never used it.
4. British Deer and Their Horns (Millais) - £75
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12759304...LKaAg8sQG2AdwxOdupsF0TQEs=|tkp:Bk9SR9DuqO6tZw
UNBOUND copy of the 1982 facsimilie reprint of arguably the greatest book written on deer.
I appreciate that's a big statement, but until you have the opportunity to handle a copy, read the quality and depth of information within, then remind yourself that it was written in 1897 and how little has changed in stalking at the same time as how much has(!), then I'm sure you'd agree.
The copy in the link shows how much these sell for and demonstrates how this is a genuine bargain. Only for sale as I've got my hands on a bound copy.
4. The Deer of Great Britain and Ireland (Whitehead) -£30
Surely the second greatest book on UK deer and in my view Whitehead's best effort.
Cheers
